These are truly my finest moment and Josh and I had a ton of fun decorating them and the kids enjoyed eating them, oh and so did we.
3 mugs of plain flower
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of icing sugar
1.Rub the flour and butter together till it resembles wet sand.
2.Stir in the icing sugar.
3. Add enough cold water to bring the dough together into a nice ball, not too wet though!
4.Roll out till its about 1cm thick on a floured surface and cut into shapes.
5. Place on a buttered baking tray and bake for 15mins at 200c or until golden.
6. Leave to cool and ice (i used icing sugar mixed with yellow and red colouring to achieve the orange)
