pretty places to stay

Im having such a hectic time at the moment I am looking for potential places to visit and here are a few that have caught my eye. All places are on a budget…

First up is the Garden Hideaway in the New Forest. Not far from home but seems like a world away, pretty vintage interiors and in a sweet garden setting. Only £30 pp per night on the weekend!

Up next is the quirky and adorable Vintage Vacations on the Isle of Wight, Im so gonna do a holiday with them, just me and hubby I thinks. From 1950’s airstream trailers to Sail makers cottage in Cowes, they are finished beautifully down to the last in vintage fabrics and treasure.

La Rosa Hotel is up next, the owners also have a campsite which is equally charming. Below is a snippet from the owners website that sums it all up, visit the website and also the camping one as it has to be seen to be believed.

It is housed in a beautiful early Victorian building on West Cliff in Whitby with amazing views out to sea. Number 5 East Terrace is ‘blue plaqued’ as the place where Lewis Carroll resided during his many visits to Whitby. The hotel is furnished with vintage and antique finds from auctions, flea markets and car boots.

anywhere that makes a feature of toadstools is a must

Rooms at the hotel start from £80 a night or £60 for a campervan!
